Returns Policy

SALPATH do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. However, if you have received your item that is damaged or the incorrect item from the item ordered, clients must ensure to contact SALPATH via email to info@salpath.com.au  or telephone  on (02) 9569 9610 hin 3 days of receiving the product.

SALPATH will not issue a refund after the product has been shipped and deemed “delivered” to the address specified on your order. If the customer fails to provide the correct address on their order, Skin by Ebru is not liable or required to issue a resend or refund.

When placing an order, we strongly recommend that you choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for over ordering, incorrect ordering simple change of mind.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and provide a tracking number and that you pre pay for all postage costs. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. SALPATH will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Shipping

For all orders with delivery to Australia shipping is FREE. Deliveries to NSW – Please allow 2- 5 working days.

 

International Customers

The recipient of the package must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees from the respective countries. All additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient, not SALPATH.  Since customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

International Shipping

International orders may take up to 10 business days for delivery depending on your location

CUSTOMS CHARGES: The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.

Please note that if you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package. It is also very important that you label the items as ‘returned goods’. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs with charges applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Australian Customs Dept.

Any delivery date or time specified by SALPATH is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which confirms your order number, item purchased and delivery address.

Please be patient if your order confirmation isn’t delivered to your inbox straight away – it may take upto 2 hours. Please ensure that you are checking the correct email address you used to purchase your item and check your spam/junk mail.
